Iam unsure if i should train a body part once or twice a week,i have been training a body part twice a week for a while and i have hit a big plateau of late.
My training split is like this..
MON. CHEST 12 sets/BI'S 9 sets (train these once a week as they are a smaller muscle)
TUE. BACK 15 sets /SHOULDERS 12 sets
WED. LEGS 15 sets/ABS
THURS. CHEST 12 sets/TRI'S 9 sets(train these once a week as they are a smaller muscle)
FRI. BACK 15 sets/SHOULDERS 12 sets
SAT. LEGS 15 sets/ABS
Iam starting to think that iam over training and i should revert back to a body part once a wee, Opinions would be greatly appreciated!
