Bb curl 85lbs for 3 on my fifth set (I'm doin 5 sets of 5 now)
Reverse bb curl 65lbs for 5
Db hammer curls 35lbs for 5
Cable preacher curl 50 lbs for 5
Had oatmeal pancakes for breakfast, and even ran a half mile... It was pretty ugly...im so congested I could hardly breathe lol
You ladies are really giving me something to work for! I'm pretty impressed... Guess its time to step it up!![]()
