TRAINING FOR SIZE ONLY? tips and advice?

hey guys

im currently cruising on testerone, and in a few months i will be doing a blast

during that blast i would like to pack on asmuch SIZE as possible, with the LEAST strength gains

i know this sounds weird but im really getting sick of gaining strength, and my size gains dont come anywhere near as fast as my strength does

so im looking for tips and advice on how to pack on more size then strength

i already know about training in the 10-12 rep range for size

was wondering if anyone else had any tips to target size training, rather then strength
 
I think that if you put more food, the stronger you become the bigger you are. You cannot gain size without gaining strength. Size is a matter of a diet more than training in my opinion.
 
Im no expert man by any means but my dad was a amature body builder. Something i got from him when i am trying to gain size is to do extremely heavy weight ( like 90% of your max ) 5 sets of 3 to 4 reps. Dont know how it will work for you but seems to work for me. If you try this let me know how it works for you. Good luck bud.
 
variation in training. use lots of it. thats about all you can do. alternate rep ranges to but keep more of a 6+ range. maybe drop lower once per month.
 
8-12 reps, 75 second rest periods.
