It will be over before the Monday morning rush. I had a zip car booked for today before it happend had to run earends etc. The gym and all that is in walking distance and if it goes longer there is someone from work I can car pool with.

They closed down their service because the TTC was fearful of the lonely TTC worker who was getting abused by the drunk and disorderly.

kind of ironic isn't it? Now, normal people are going to be abusive to the TTC workers when they do come back to work.

In a city of 2.5 million transit should be an essentail service and the shouldn't be able to strike. The thing that bothers me the most is that the strike hurts the lower income workers the most out of anyone. I can afford to take cabs or rent a car etc for a few days if I need to but a lot of people that take transit this is not the case. How the hell is someone making $7.50 an hour suppose to justify taking a cab that the far would likly equal 2-3 hours of there pay.
There is legislation going to be passed tomorrow forcing them back to work so yeah it could even be back up as fast as tomorrow night.redsamurai said:
