KLOW Advice For A Newbie.

Hey legends. I'm reasonably new to the world of peps and will be starting on KLOW soon, in preparation for significant surgery to a shoulder. I find myself arguing with AI cause it thinks im a bitch and wants to give me nothing but warnings and crap when I ask it anything to do with peptides, so I thought I'd ask the brains trust here.
I have several questions for you.
• When using the KLOW calculator, and it asks how much BPC-157 per injection. How many Mg is considered to be best or ideal for post surgery recovery? Do I just select Standard or go with Elevated, or do I go somewhere inbetween?
Once I've sorted that out, •How much bac water do I add to reconstitute the 80mg KLOW?
•How much would you recommend I inject daily for premium results.
•Should I start dosing before I have surgery?
And if so.
• How many weeks prior should I start?

Many thanks in advance for your time and help, it is greatly appreciated. 🙏

you can definitely do it pre surgery but it would obviously have the biggest impact post surgery.

In terms of dosage, I’d personally look at ordering bpc157 and tb500 separately. You can run KLOW of course but I’d do both.

KLOW - 3ml bac water
.15ml on a syringe will give you 4mg of KLOW. It’s pretty expensive but totally worth it.

Maybe pre surgery you can do .07 for 2mg, and after surgery you can be more aggressive.

Post surgery:
0.15ml KLOW (3ml bac water)
This dose will give you 500mcg of bpc157, 500mcg of tb500

Then id add 2ml BAC water into bpc157.
0.10 for 500mcg of bpc157

Do the same for tb500

Depending on your financial situation, I’d look at doing 1.5iu of hgh pre bed daily.

Hope this helps brother. Feel free to message me if you have any questions, but this is what worked for me

@RegenexPharma might be able to help you further. I know some of his loggers have gotten over injuries pretty quickly.

Also ofc you have to rehab!!
Cheers for the tag brother! 🤝 Always appreciate the vote of confidence.

One thing we genuinely enjoy about EF is helping the community out where we can. None of us know everything, and there are always different opinions floating around, but this is the protocol we've had the best success with and what we'd personally be running if it were us.

@Scuffer has already nailed the explanation, so we're really just adding to what he's already said.

We've actually had a few members run this exact style of protocol now. Most recently our logger @Chidi used it while recovering from an injury alongside proper rehab, and she bounced back ridiculously well. We've also worked with members like @rizzlekdizzle after surgery using peptide-based recovery protocols with some awesome feedback.

Our recommendation would be to run KLOW at the standard daily dose, then simply add another daily shot of BPC-157 and TB-500 dedicated to the recovery site.

Over the years we've found that when it comes to more serious injuries or post-op recovery, bumping up the BPC and especially the TB-500 seems to make a noticeable difference. Is it magic? No. Is it a replacement for proper rehab, nutrition and following your surgeon's instructions? Definitely not. But when you stack all the little advantages together, recovery is often smoother and faster.

Why we like KLOW so much:

🔥 GHK-Cu – Great for tissue regeneration, skin repair and supporting healing around surgical incisions and scar tissue.

🔥 KPV – A seriously underrated peptide in our opinion. It's a potent anti-inflammatory, which can be beneficial while your body is recovering.

🔥 BPC-157 & TB-500 – The recovery duo. These are the two peptides we lean on most for supporting tendon, ligament, muscle and general soft tissue healing.

Our usual recommendation:

❤️‍🔥 KLOW 80mg

- Reconstitute with 3mL bacteriostatic water.
- 15 units (0.15mL) daily.
- One vial lasts around 20 days.

That gives you each day:

- 500mcg BPC-157
- 500mcg TB-500
- 500mcg KPV
- 2.5mg GHK-Cu

On top of that (daily): (Separate vials purchased)

- BPC-157 – 500mcg
- TB-500 – 500mcg

We generally pin those as close to the injury or surgical site as practical. Before anyone starts a 15-page debate 😂, yes, we know the evidence for site injections is limited, but it's one of those bits of gym-bro science that's been around forever.

As much as we know the general consensus is around 500mcg of BPC-157 daily and a total of roughly 5–7.5mg of TB-500 per week, we've consistently found that running the slightly higher protocol above for a short period following surgery or a major injury has helped speed up the recovery process. We haven't had members report any notable negative effects from doing this over the short term, but everyone's situation is different.

We'd generally suggest running this protocol for around 4 weeks. That gives your body the best opportunity to do the hard yards during those early stages of healing when recovery is most critical. After that, if you still want to continue, we'd simply drop back to the standard KLOW dose on its own.

The biggest thing people forget is that peptides aren't miracle workers. They work best when you've got everything else dialled in—sleep, nutrition, hydration, keeping inflammation under control, following your surgeon's advice, and actually doing your rehab instead of trying to be Ronnie Coleman two weeks after surgery. 😂

Thanks again to Scuffer for giving us a tag and letting us be part of helping another EF brother through his recovery. That's what this community is all about. 🤝💙

I can vouch for the benefit of KLOW - I have used @RegenexPharma in the past - my scars post nasal surgery are barely visible (couldn’t really inject locally just in the belly) and it also helps with my tennis elbow.
Thanks for the vouch brother.. Really appreciate it.
Another one that comes to mind is @Freki when he had his chemical scar and it recovered insanely quick and well using our klow

Great explanation brother invaluable info right there!

You mentioned something I didn’t, I also injected as close to the site I wanted to heal as possible! This was for bpc and tb, as KLOW leaves a bit or a sting which I didn’t want in my bicep 😂

Best of luck bro

Thanks for the kind words bro.
Yes I tell people pin your klow wherever you want but put the extra BP and TB site specific 👌🙌👊

Have a great weekend brother

@RegenexPharma products are great, hearing good things across the board about the bro!!
