Took ephedra for the first time in almost a year...

I wouldnt say it made me lethargic it just gave me no extra energy boost. I was used to taking eca before every workout, then I dropped it and took the clen instead....it did nothing as far as giving me the energy eca did...


and rnch is right...get some taurine ..the clen cramps suck balls. I remember waking up in the middle of the night and my calf was in a knot. and everytime in the gym I would stand on my tippy toes to reach the cable or whatever my calves would cramp up hardcore.
 
This thread inspired me to go in my roommates room and steal one of his ephedrines.

Whats the legal status of ephedra now? I know the issue was bounceing around in court a while back.

They sell it here in Utah at a few places. The doses are lower though.

Yes they are. I remember my abs cramping up doing crunches and me throwing myself on the floor trying to strecth them out while every stared at me like I was having a seizure.
The foot cramps suck too.

damn straight, soon enough I should be a little more jacked up and ready to hit the gym

thankyou for reminding me that these stimulant tools were available to me, to make me a better person.
 
fuck man,how common are cramps while running clen,I heard of guys getting it but nobody really said the frequency. Im def gonna run like 5 g of taurine a day dont wanna be cramping up or anything,I still have to function normally, I also doubt ill go over 80 mcg a day
