too much?

I play college sports, and since its pre season we have practice for 2 and a half hours 3 days a week, i also do cardio 6 days a week in addition, and lift weights 5 days a week, is this too much for my body? Whats a good workout to stay in shape? any recomendations?

hm, i would say to pay careful attention to how you feel during every workout. Notice if you feel normally tired(like the normal tired from working out feeling) or if you feel really bad, over-fatigued.
Also, compare the amount that you're doing now to the most that you've ever done before. If this much volume is way more than what you've done before, be aware and catious. Make sure that you're eating healthfully and plentifully and getting plenty of sleep.

What kind of shape are you trying to get in?
