I took it very slow and light. Chest/back including deadlifts. I`ve been sick for 2 weeks and just burnt out for a few weeks before that. Hopefully this is the road to recovery.
I lost 6 pounds in a month and I even lost 1% bodyfat. lol That`s good. I gotta get my diet back in check now. I eat like crap when I`m not training.
