Today I snapped..Might have made a huge mistake...

Okay so basically if you don't already know. I don't live in the greatest of neighborhoods. And yes I still take public transportation :blush:

Basically. There were these kids about 8 of them of varying ages. Most were about 16-18ish. They got on, all of them were wearing red, some had red dreadlocks n shizz. Didn't think too much of it. I mean for all I know it could've been their school colors. But judging on the neighborhood... it's easy to surmise which of the two it was. Long story short:

All but one of the kids gets off, the one kid walks up to this little, nerdy Asian kid. (who is wearing a Murse kinda bag. It looked almost like a laptop bag, but smaller). Then he grabs the bag and yanks on it really hard, they stand up and they're struggling over it. The kid trying to snatch it looks maybe 18-19, the kid getting fucked with is like 15 or so. They are both pulling on the bag. This happens right in front of me.

I think of the time my brother got jumped when he was really young and how it effected him. And I just fucking lose it. I pull the dread kid off and i just shove him into the wall. His face hits and mouth is just fucking sick. It looked like he lost some teeth. He started wailing away at me and I grab him and slam him on the floor of the bus and the kid is like halfway unconscious. I just hit him, thinking about what happened to my brother. And then 2 of his friends who were standing by run back on the bus and get him and take him off (and threaten me)

Basically I did the "right thing" but now I have to look over my shoulder. These kids claimed some kind of set, I'm not sure if they said it to scare me or if it was legit. Either way. I wish I would've kept to myself. Now I have to worry about some 17 yr old wanna be stabbing me on my way to school.

Fuck.

I figure the chances of us being on the bus again @ the same time again is slim. Only 2 of his other friends saw me. I feel lucky now that I didn't get shot or something for intervening.

I used to live in a frat house. It was kinda gross but a ton of fun. Once I hurt my shoulder I found god or some shit and moved back home. lol. Not so cool here. I should have my own place by next jan. (graduate and start working in May.) Once I do you're welcome whenever orbly.

dude dont worry about it........you did the right thing. I just would avoid riding that bus for a few weeks at that time...just in case. Itll blow over in a few weeks if you even have to worry about it

There's only one thing to do in a situation like that imo, the right one. You see them again, you just need to make them think that your some crazy MF'er that is capable of going apeshit again if provoked. You see them again, and they're eyeballin you, just call their bluff and go get all up in their shit. They'll leave you alone....

Very true. Now I feel stupid, like that cheesy ass movie with jodie foster where she goes all vigilante mode.

Only reason I did something is that little asian kid reminded me of my brother (when my brother was a lot younger). My brother got jumped and hit with a bat and kicked after he fell against someone's fence til he got knocked out.

The kid cut his dreads when he went to court so no one believed it was the right guy. So nothing happened to him. Guess I took it out on this guy.

I'd worry more about LE than these kids; next time just use your cell and call the cops - you could be charged with A&B and these kids have witnesses.

I am kinda worried about that actually. I didn't walk up with the intentions of fighting the kid, it was more to get him off the little guy. But then when he wouldn't budge I got heated & pushed the kid pretty hard, and that was the point of no return.

Defending someone's safety is not a hate crime. He didn't seek out a person of a certain race to beat up. The guy was in the act of attempting a felony. Sheesh.

once again where i am from the scumbag law and law enforcement is so fucked up that they dont believe in "self-defense." they say to call the police in case of a crime, fuck that. if any1 in the nyc area has been alive the last few weeks they would know exactly what i mean with the MTA worker involved with a robbery that stabbed and killed one of the 3 attackers trying to mug him.

The reporters are gonna grab and interview the only ppl allowed to speak of rhe incident(the dirt-bag observers who see half and assume the rest). Then, the media fills in the holes with what would make the best story. After that, it's up to the naive public to buy the bullshit story. Thanx for not letting them down. What have u been sold, 2day? lol.

I'm not a law lover. I just get sick of the "poor me" attitude.
Police aren't perfect but aren't as unfair as ppl think. Don't be afraid of the police. Be afraid of the paramedics. They watch the police a lot more closely. They have all of these warnings and restraint protocols. I would seriously fuck someone up for some of the shit I have seen done to the police. The back of my ambulance would be the worst place to be...... but that's prolly why I'm not a cop.

I've been hounded by old ladies for years since. Wearing their gang symbols (grey hair, crappy old lady dresses, driving their white cars with white rim tires).

Those guys will call their whigger friends and you'll see them everywhere.

Dude tried to pass me today and looked down at his radio and he almost toke of my mirror.. I beeped my horn and gave him the wtf look.. He rolled down his window and hos face was all red he screamed pull over ill fucking kill you.. Well i did not pull over.. He probaly had a gun and he really looked like he wanted to kill somebody..

I figure as much real crime as there is in Oakland, most likely there won't be a hunt for me or something.

I mean the kid who was getting mugged was lflailing a little and they were obviously struggling back and forth for a bit and he was screaming for help. So the witnesses all knew what was going on.

My reaction might have been excessive. But I'm hoping since I more or less did the right thing, some parts are kinda questionable I admit.

I feel as though retaliation would be more of a concern than anything. :whatever:

holy shit bro, I had no idea you were in Oakland.......that makes things TRIPLE worse. When I was speaking from experience in my earlier post, I was talking about oakland. I dealt with oakland mother fuckers on a constant basis at my club in SF. I worked on broadway, so all those assholes (including raider fans) would come straight to broadway after crossing the bay bridge. I've dealt with black and hispanics........it's not good. Especially in Oakland bro, you deal someone like that......."it's the git backs that'll git ya"......you hear that alot in the bay area? I did..........why I bought a vest. I just drive with my middle finger already up and stuck to my window knowing someone will do something stupid every second of my commute. My signature move is the dragging my finger across my neck move while you look at them all psycho with an eye twitch while mouthing "I will slit your throat bitch". If they don't understand that stealing someone else's property is wrong, they deserve whatever beatdown happens to them. Unfortunately the law doesn't see it this way, and patronizes the poor, "misguided" criminals.
 
In this situation, by the time someone called the police, the kid would have been robbed and most likey beat up. The police would never catch the perp's and it all would be a big waste of everyone's time even involving them. He did the right thing. Good Samaritans are rare these days, and I commend him for coming to this kid's aide.
 
go get a .45 and learn to be accurate with it, dont play around with these stupid little fuckers, they dont care if they go to prison forever. They have nothing to live for
