very true. Still, bros like Scotsman make 1100 seem like a place to start. That's all I meant

For the record:
Bench 350x1
DL 455x3
Squat 365x8 (Closest to 1rm I've done)

All at ~250
 
Bench- 330 (weak)
Squat- 455
dead- Never max, but do sets of 8 @ 315, so I'd guess over 400.

Total- 1185

And I'm a puss by todays standards.
 
405 bench, 605 squat, 675 dead.. all just gym lifts.

I know I'd be 1800ish if I took 6 months to get into equipped lifting, but I don't see the point if you're not competing

yeah, I agree, for a natural those are respectable lifts. For a juicer they're uh... not so good. 455-495 bench. 545-585 squat, 635-700 dead is more like it, altho with the lack of focus on progressive poundages and heavy lifting and emphasis on drugs almost no-one outside of powerlifters will ever see over those numbers.

Best Bench: about 431 COMPLETELY RAW
Best Squat: 800 (664 COMPLETELY RAW)
Best Dead: 730 COMPLETELY RAW

Total: 1825 (with the raw squat)
Total: 1961 with suited squat (can suited squat much more now I believe)
All gym lifts
275-290 body weight
