FUCK YES
I re-dislocated it during dumbbell military presses. I was doing 85's and one of them tilted back behind my head a little bit and it ripped out all the way to the floor... you could hear it in the weight room going *KKKEEEERRRRRRRRR*, I threw it back in myself (just did what the doc did in the hospital the first time around).
Since then, my military dumbbell press is limited to around 60-65lbs, I can't do military bar press, I can't do incline bar (unless a spotter) and my max bench press is limited to around 250lbs, and after I do my set, my arm feels like it is going to fall out and my workout is done.... needless to say, I don't bench much.
My advice, be VERY careful. Limit your motions so as not to jepordize your shoulder. I don't even touch my dumbbell flat bench presses or incline presses together anymore, for fear that the instability in my shoulder will cause further injury.
Any questions, e-mail me... I'm a guru on shoulder injuries and how to work them.
