Today was the very first of many carb incenses as of today onwards, feels like a life time ago have enough to keep me moving at a higher level - I’ll slowly see how the body responds - positive as fuck I’d imagine

6am post workout meal: chicken, pineapple, Jasmin rice, beetroot, micros, chili vinegar dressing. Then fried it all up like a Thai style rice.
