Info:

Currently on a low carb diet, maybe 10-15 carbs a day. 5'10' 150 pounds as of this morning. 1800 cals per day, my maint is 2000 I beleive. I workout 3 days a week for 2 hours. 15 mins of cardio and the rest lifting.

Problem:

Past two days I have been really tired and having a very hard time falling asleep. My last carb up was friday and I still havent completely recovered from the bloating. Before my carb up I was 148. Nothing in my diet has changed and I fear my leptic levels might be getting low but if I do more carb ups I think I will just put on weight.

If anyone can give me some advice it will be appreciated, thanks
 
What about fat? Are you gettin enough fat in your diet? You body needs a source of energy, when your on a low carb diet your body will use the fat you consume for energy.
