overall i am trying to lose a few pounds. I am currently taking a ECA stack as my main fatburner. I am planning to give my body a break from the E and in the meantime i am gonna supplement with yohimbine hcl/CLA/green tea extract. Based on my weight(275) i will max out at 25 mg daily of yoh. I am just wondering if i would be better off taking first dose at 12.5 on empty stomach upon waking upand do some intense cardio then the remaining 12.5 split in half and taken 2 more times throughout day as close as possible to empty stomach and refrain from carbs for approx a hour after ingestion. anyways thats my plan so far and i just wanted to hear from the people here as i value your opinions
