Congrats RADAR!!!! Something to be proud of.. That's dedication..

What have you noticed change in training over the years? Im assuming just sticking to the basics?? What advice do you have for us trainers that think there is always some better training style or split right round the corner??

I Have tried the HIT , Heavy Duty, 5X5 all of them ,they all have threir place, some of the best gains were the use of using chains on the bar , the bar got heavier as you lifted up more of the chain.
I was also fortunate enough to listen to "Dead men tell no tales" about 20 yrs ago by a forsenics Doctor He stated that the majority of people died was from a deficientcy
Thats where i learned to incorporate jello into my diet and at my age i do not have any joint problems.
I've also learned to train smarter, taking sufficient time to warm up after ripping a bicep.
finally in closing i would just like to say thanks to you all without you this site would not be possible ,(Who would have thought 15 yrs ago the internet would be here)I Have learned more valuable info on the web than all my yrs combined as a trainer.

Peace be with you all my Iron Brothers!
