So, having posted what is going to be my first cycle the other day; i thought that i would go one step further and put up my intended training routine so that the older and wiser amongst us could give comment on it and make possible ammendments suggestions where appropriate.
My Stats: been training for around 3 years; 32 years old, 5'11.5, currently hovering around 200lbs and with approx 13% BF. My aim for this cycle and routine is to build as much quality lean mass as possible and then to retain as much as possible post cycle.
Cycle: a plain Test E cycle run for 10 weeks.
Week 1: 1000mg
Week 2-10: 250mg every 4 days
Week 13-16: PCT Clomid and Nolvadex
Training: i am planning on using a bastardised version of the 5 x 5 that "Needsize" promoted some time ago.
Day 1: Chest & Tri
Bench Press (incline or flat) - 5x5
Incline Flies 2x10
Decline Press 2x10
Weighted Dips 5x5 (possibly change to close grip press?)
Pushdowns 2x10
Skull Crushers 2 x 10
Day 2: Back & Bi
Deadlifts 5x5
Weighted Pullups 2x10
Barbell Bent Row 2x10
Staright Barbell Curls 5x5
Incline Hammer Curls 2 x10
Preacher Curls 2 x10
Day 3: OFF
Day 4: Shoulders and Forearms
Military Press/Shoulder Press 5x5
Side Lateral Raises 2x10
Upright Rows 2x10
Shrugs 2x10
Wrist Curls 3 x15
Reverse Curls 2 x10
Day 5: Legs
Squats 5x5
SLDL 2 x10
Seated Calf Raises 3x15
Leg Curls 2x10
Leg Press 2x10
Day 6 and & 7 : Off
So, thoughts and comment on the above greatly appreciated. Do you think that this is a complimetary rotuine for the cycle i am on and the goals that i have?
