I am 6'6 297 right now and play college basketball. I have put on over 30 pounds in the last 6 weeks since my season has ended. I have not done any running at all and have been taking in probably around 6000 to 7000 calories a day. I eat 3 meals that are all you can eat at my dorm and I have 3 shakes that total around 800 calories. I plan on starting to diet this Mon. and get back into good cardio shape so I can get close to my playing weight ripped.
