Those over 6'2"

I am 6"5 and currently 262. My bodyfat level is probably in the
18% range!!! I am leaning down big time though so I am sure
my stats will change fast. I was out ill for like 4 months and put
on over 30lbs of pure FAT!! I am only taking in about 2600 calories
a day (leaning down) now but plan on bringing the calories up
as soon as I can shed some more fat. I am eating very clean.
Also drinking 2 gallons of water a day. About 5 years ago, I was
in the best shape of my life at 300lbs and about 12% bf! Still a
work in progress:D

6'4" 250. my calories are around 3000 a day. thats with meals, shakes, and flaxseed oil. i have no idea how to eat more calories. after all this food im stuffed to the rim. havent checked bodyfat..but im guessing around 11-13 percent. i saw a few with 6000-8000 calories a day? any suggestions for me please?
 
I'm 6'6" and get in about 5200 calories a day, about 12% bf... I weigh 260 at the moment.... Shooting for 275-285 6-8%bf when all is said and done :)

I'm 6'4" 230lbs. I'm 31 years old and have an office job, so I don’t need too many cals. I don't eat anywhere near 5000 cals/day. Maybe 3000---if that. On 5000 cals/day I would get so fat I would go supernova and everything around me would be consumed in the fireball. I have lost about 20 lbs of fat and gain 10 lbs of muscle in the last 3 months eating only about 2500-3000 cals/day. For me it's not so much how many calories I eat, it's what I eat and when I eat it that seems to be most important. I'm not one of these guys with a super fast metabolism anymore. I used to be.
 
im 6'3 weigh 205 and eat as much as possible its very hard as i am in college so for me cal's are cal's and i eat junk food....but maintain high protein over 200g's and drink tons of water....i have a fast metabolism so its easy for me to eat what i want in an active lifestyle...

goal is to be 225 i'd be soo happy
as for the mirror thing i see a tall skinny dude in the mirror as well it sux...people say stuff to me but they're always small dudes or dont know shit about bodybuilding/diet/working out!!

6'3" 235-240. I don't want to weight more than 240. I've been 242 and pretty ripped but I thought it was too heavy and big for me.

I've been sick for a while now (2 weeks) and have been rehabing a knee injury that has plagued me for the past 2 years. I'm hoping the next few months are good to me and I get back to 100%.
 
6'5" 287 bf is probably around 14 now. I eat just about all the time. The problem for me is eating clean. W/ college and work it is time consuming to cook all the time. I have a problem eating a lot of calories but I eat a ton of protein. Lots of tuna and chicken and a big breakfast.
 
6'2" - 293 lbs. - BF 15%-18%

I have a pretty large gut but I'm a competitive powerlifter so it helps with the heavy stuff. I will probably try to lean up and get down to the 275 lb. class. Right now I eat whatever. The only thing I really try to do is to get enough protein in a day - 300 grams. I should probably eat more calories but I can't seem to motivate myself.
