6'-4", 215lbs, ~12%bf. Maintenence calories 2500-3000 per day. about 150g protien per day - off cycle, non growth. I need a minimum of 3500 to 4000 calories and 200+ grams protien per day to see any growth. (~10 lbs/year LBM).
I'm 41, been lifting 5 years - started at 165-170lbs and the first 3-1/2 years of natural training and diet got me to 205. plateaued there and did an anavar only cycle, that got me to 210 and brought my %bf to 12% (was like 15... anavar gets 2 thumbs up in my book). Been off cycle for over a year now.
However, I have all the ingredients for my first (12 week)injectable cycle.... Sus @375/week (gonna shoot every 5 days), deca@ 300/week, oxymethelone @50mg/day, got all my anti-e's and HCG for mid and post cycle. I hope to level out at 225 after all is said and done with this cycle.
I'm a natural extomorph and it was always extremely difficult to gain any weight. My long term goals are to hit 235-240 and stay at about 12%bf. I think it will take me 3 to 4 years to get there.I have love handles and will probably always have them, I'm don't care about being "shredded" and having a 6 pack.... I just want to be beefy.
