Who does cardio anyway? Do a truck pull or a keg medley and you're fine for a couple of weeks at least.

I do 5 minutes, twice a week, interval training, on my elliptical machine.

The only cardio you should be doing is 80-100 foot runs with 450 farmers or 1k yoke. Nothing more than 60 seconds.

First it was the curls and now this. Have you turned into a bodybuilder?:worried:

I think it is time for an intervention.

When I come out, I'm bringing Travis, Karl and Jason. We are all going to sit down and have a nice chat.;)

i wish there was a strongman gym near me with yoke, stones, log and shit like that :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

I never get on my elliptical without food in one hand and drink in the other. Last time it was chicken nuggets and lemonade soda.

Normally I'll do 60 seconds, then rest 15. Repeat till I get to 5 minutes :)
