Your buddy in the EVO isn't much of a driver. That's a mid to high 13 sec car. You'd be lucky to run a 15 with your 330.

Mid 13's with a professional drag racer behind the controls, MAYBE. I love everyone throwing out these times like "ohh my car runs 13's motor trend said so". When those cars are tested they are tested by world class drivers not some assclown that just happened to see it on 2fast2furious and decide that it is the car for him. With a regular driver at the controls he is LUCKY to pilot it out of the mid 14's more than likley he will be in the low 15's to high 14's. A ls1 chevy will still eat his lunch and shit him out the tailpipe.

You what's funny I'm a Mustang guy. I'm giving the props b/c it's a solid car. I wouldn't say you need a pro-driver it's just ya got to grab your nuts and launch at 6k and hope nothing breaks. Personally, for that money I'd get an 03 cobra and run 12's....I completley agree about the ls1, now there's an engine. Thant's why I need some boast for my little 4.6 ,
