Ive been feeling almost embarassed lately when im sitting on a bike or jogging on the treadmill doing cardio as im tryin to cut up now........i think when people walk by....."I'D RATHER BE LIFTING>>HONEST!!!!!!"

How much cardio are you doing per week?

Mode?
Frequency?
Intensity?
Duration?

I am just curious because you seem to look pretty low in bf already.

what are your stats and what is your goal? weight and bf% wise?

I started to cut back a bit 2 weeks ago (except for this weeken, long story, but hell of a fun time;))

anyways.....

I bulked up to 159 lbs. at 5'6". Now I want to shed BF. The ONLY area (damnit) I have this excess BF is covering my abs...

So i thought id add some cardio to the mix, as well as clen and ECA, cycling ever 2 weeks.

So my goal was to get jacked, which i did :D Now I wanna get ripped up abs :p

anyways...

i am doing cardio like 3-4 times a week...60 minutes sessions in the AM...sometimes i do it after a workout for like 30 minutes if i dont get up early enough. But i never go more than 4 times a week...

Also its low - moderate intensity. I used to do high intensity (running stairs etc) and it burned out my legs too much.
