I'm guessing from an account of her own bb and comp history, that she probably maintains a pristine diet/exercise routine for the most part. But, yes, it would be nice to see offseason pics.
A little bio from her website:
"I was born in Monterey, California on July 20, 1984. I went to an all girl’s high school, Santa Catalina, for three years and completed my high school career at Monterey High. I was
extremely athletic growing up. I participated in gymnastics until I was seven and then turned to co-ed tee ball. I played softball throughout middle school and high school. I also played field hockey for three years during high school. Along with playing sports, I love to dance. I took ballet as a young girl and then moved to jazz and hip-hop. My father was and still is a bodybuilder and my mother is extremely health conscious, as she use to own a health food store, so I grew up in a very healthy environment. It was important for my family and me to stay active and physically fit.
My father introduced me to weight training during my first year of high school. Every morning before I went to school we would perform a quick 20-minute dumbbell workout. As the
years went by weight training became more and more serious. My father tried to get me to compete. I had never heard of figure and immediately thought competing meant bodybuilding. I love to workout but was not interested in competing as a bodybuilder and did not have enough of a dance background to do fitness. I still continued to train and ate healthy as I completed my high school career. After high school, unknowing what exactly I wanted to do, I moved to Santa Barbara, with my mother, to attend Santa Barbara City College where I met my wonderful boyfriend, also a competitor, Luc Andreotti. As time went on and I was working on completing my AA, my training became more and more serious. My father introduced me to “figure” which I became extremely interested in. My dad set the date for me to do my first figure show with the WBFA in June 2004. He was also competing in the show so he felt that it would be a good opportunity for me to compete with him there by my side. After pushing myself to step on stage I ended up taking
place in the teenage figure division. It was at that moment that I was hooked. The following months I continued to compete and was extremely happy to take first at my first NPC competition. I have fallen love with figure and the positive influence that it has had on my life. I have always been enthusiastic about health and fitness but competing has engrained my love for the sport and the industry. Watching my body change and the influence exercise and diet has on my well-being, both mentally and physically, has given me the drive to excel and succeed.
After finishing my AA at Santa Barbara City College I attended UC Santa Barbara as a Sociology Pre Med major.
With all the dieting and competing I fell more in love with nutrition and choose to switch my major. Figure not only introduced me to a sport I absolutely love, it helped me figure out what I wanted to do in life. In order to pursue my major in Nutrition I chose to transfer to San Diego State University. January 2005, I moved to San Diego where I am pursuing my degree and training hard. I have embarked upon my new path as I work hard towards my degree and earning my pro card in figure. I am so lucky to have a close group of friends and family. My father believes in me and pushed me to compete, a mother who has engrained in me the importance of nutrition and a balanced lifestyle, a sister who is proud of me and continues to encourage me to keep striving, a boyfriend who sees my potential and supports me 100%, and a trainer who constantly keeps my head in the game both mentally and physically."
