I will tell you from experience. Forget all the bullcrap you hear about eating healthy and eating tuna, chicken breast, rice, ect...... That is only if you are dieting. You are about the size I was when I started, and it took me years to learn that I had to eat everything in sight. Pizza, burgers, milkshakes, ice cream, fried chicken, fast food, ect. If you want to get big, you have to take in calories. And you aren't going to do that eating healthy and taking just protein.
I would eat about 4 big high calorie meals a day, and take about 2-3 meal replacements shakes or mass calorie shakes supplements a day. If you are working out hard, you will burn off the fat that may come on with the bad foods, because you have a high metabolism anyways. Forget about cardio and running. Lift heavy weight for low reps. Eat your a$$ off. Seriously. getting in all the calories you can, no matter where they come from, are vital for someone that is thin and lean. Don't worry about juicing until you put on about 20 lbs naturally and hit a big plateau of unable to make good gains anymore, and have a solid base.
For you, right now is going to be all about eating, calories, and lifting heavy weight about 5-6 days a week. You have to put on mass right now, don't worry about fat, you can diet later. You have to have the calories and fuel to make big gains. Ripping and dieting can come later. That is my take on it all from experience, of me starting at 6'1" and 155-160lbs. I got up to about 205 after about 5 years of hard work. I admit I have lost it all over the next 4 years as I quit the gym for personal reasons. I am back here now as I am getting into it again, and looking forward to putting back on some size. Good luck.
