I'm 6'2" 260lbs. I've been lifting for about 6 years. My max weights are bench-425, squat-535, deadlift-610. I'm at 22% bodyfat i have a 53" chest, 19" arms 38" waist. I would like to cut up to around 10%b/f but i don't want to loose any strenth. What should i do, or do i need to do anything at all.

damn .... you are a man-eater bro! I would try to get as lean as possible before you jump on some gear. Try to diet donw with a re-vamp on your diet and trianing till you get fairly lean, then incroparte some gear and go even further from there.

I just lost 14lbs of fat in 2 months and all my lifts have went up suprisingly. I modified my diet and started doing some high intensity interval training in the a.m. with t-rex 3 days / wk. I am ready to start my cycle now, and I am going to do it as lean as possible. I thought that I would loose a lot of strength but it just didnt happen. I wouldnt be scared to loose some strength either for the fat to come off ... pretty fair trade.

@ 20% Bf I would focus on your diet and drop to your target weight first then consider your AAS useage. You might lose some strength but in this game its a two step forward, one backward type of approach.

I think if you time your meals properly around your training you can go up in strength, what I do is have 2 carb meals 1 2 hours before I lift and another small one a hour before I lift. keeps me strong ,just overall clean up your diet and add cardio

check out the diet board, lots of different variations and types of diets there to check out

I agree with Mavy. Try to lose some of the weight first, if not all that you are wanting to lose and then try using AAS. Like these guys have said, just clean up your diet real well and you'll reap the rewards.

As theoak01 said, check out the diet board and sometime the anabolic board has some good ideas on diets or recipies. if you try the search engine you'll get tons of results. The diet board has made me change how I eat a lot. It still isn't perfect, just depends on how much will power you have. Good luck!

If you're looking to lose bodyfat AAS is not the ticket. AAS is not necessarily for cutting. Cardio, curcuit training, HIT Training and diet is better for reducing BF%. If it were me, I would hit the androgens hit hard and heavy then cut down. You have a good base and solid training behind you. Your receptors are virgins and you'll strenght will shyrocket. You can always cut up after a cycle with clen, T-rex, T3, diet, cytomel, cardio, diet, etc. Here's my recommendation:

40-50mgs of D-bol ed (6 weeks)
Sust 250 750mgs/week (8 weeks)
Nolva 10-20mg's ed (through cycle and for PCT)

Post cycle:

Nolva/Comid/HCG - if necessary for atrophy

Focus on leaning up first. I think everyone has said that already. With your stats and the current status of things why risk the aas's. You might be shocked at how you find out how you look once dropping some bf. My best advice is really focus on getting a diet down tight and work on the cardio for about 6 months or so.
