Thermorexin feedback: post here

Well, just thought I would post my results so far. I have been on T-Rex now for a month and like two days. However, I have not seen ANY real changes. I don't have any of the side effects and I have not lost anything. I have followed my diet as strictly as possible, with only a few days of straying due to b-days, baby showers, and a wedding. I am now up to 8 caps a day, which I think is CRAZY, but I wanted to see if that would do anything. I am so bummed that this stuff didn't work for me since I have read so much other great feedback on here and other boards...
 
this is very odd.

couple of q's.

(odd one so dont take offense)- have you have been addicted to methamphetamines or amphetamines (or similar)?

are you or have you been a heavy smoker?

just the caffiene alone from that dosage is 800mg and 24mg of yohimbine (thats a large amount by themselves)

also were you dieting? because for you to not lose any weight or see any changes in body comp over a month (regardless of taking a fatburner or not) you should have seen SOME progress...

its perplexing......
 
Ok...well, for one, I haven't been taking 8/day for very long. I started out slow with only like one or two a day for a while, then I just kept on slowly upping the dose. I am almost out now since I've started taking 8/day...they go pretty fast when taking that many! NO, I have NEVER even tried any methamphetamines or amphetamines. Not offended, just wanted to make that very clear. I did however used to be a pretty heavy smoker. I am thinking that that maybe has something to do with it. I don't smoke anymore, just on a rare occasion, but I used to smoke quite a bit. Yes, I was dieting. I was doing about a 40/30/30 (P/C/F) with about about 1250-1300 calories. After doing some other posting, I was told that this wasn't enough calories, so now I have been eating around 1600 per day, but with the same ratios. Macro, do you have any suggestions to any other fat burners that may work better for me? Thanks for all your help...
 
have you ever tried the basic
EC (without the A) stack
not ephedra but with ephedrine


it seems like you may have some serious metabolic issues if you lost not a single pound in almost 5 weeks or that your diet may have more calories than you realize.

its really quite difficult to say

could you post your workout
weight
est bodyfat
age
areas of fat concentration (if any)
carb sensitivity ( do lots of carbs make you extremely sleepy)
and any other info you may think is relevant

First, sorry it took me so long to get this info back to you guys...I was out of town for the past four days and didn't have access to or the time to sit at a computer, so just getting to one now...

Ulter - Yes, I did try taking 2 caps 3 times a day for about two weeks and didn't see anything different, so that's why I upped it to 8 caps/day (2 caps, 4x/day). I am 22 years old - will be 23 in January.

Macro - Here is my info...

My current height is 5'5". I weigh 135 lbs as of last Friday (haven't weighed myself since b/c I was on vacation - may have gone up a few pounds from being away from home and not watching my diet at all.) Like I said before, I will be 23 in a couple months.

My w/o looks like this:
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays are my lifting days. I have been switching every other week doing two days lower body, one day upper body. Then, the next week is two days of upper body, one day lower body. For lower body, my w/o consists of squats, leg extensions, thigh presses (in and out), and calf raises. For upper body I do bench, rows, flys, sometimes front/side raises, and lat pull-downs. I do each one 3 sets of 8.
On Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays I do my cardio. I have been playing around with HIIT on my exercise bike, sometimes I just go for a fast-paced walk, some mornings I run. I usually do around 20-30 minutes of cardio - depending on whether or not I am doing HIIT.


Most of the fat areas that I have are my lower back, hips, and inner thighs. My abs aren't too bad, but they could lose some, too. I really don't think that my metabolism is the issue here. I've never really had a weight problem or been overweight. I just really want to get back down to like 125 lbs. That is what I weighed about 6-7 months ago when I was taking the original NYC. Also, I don't think that I am getting in more calories than what I told you above. I track everything that I eat EVERY day on fitday.com, and I am really anal about getting everything in there that I eat/drink. I have been more strict with my diet now than I was while on NYC. The only difference would be that I probably have drank more often than when I was on NYC. I know that alcohol will do that to ya, but I pretty much would only drink once a week (on my cheat day).

Any feedback/advice on what fat burners may be more effective, or anything I should change in my diet and/or workout is much appreciated. I am planning on starting some sort of new plan on Monday, so it would help to hear what you have to say so that I can be prepared to start fresh...

have you tried EPHEDRINE HCL AND CAFFIENE stack?- basic thermogen
Have your tried Glucorell?- insulin sensitivity (carb issues)
have your tried Yohimburn DF- stubborn fat
Oral yohimbine (other than NYC)? stubborn fat
Liporexin- increased basal metabolism and improved lipolysis

as far as your cardio
20-30min of HIT followed by 15-20 additional minutes of moderate intensity will provide much better fat loss results

and

Every day you workout you need to lift- on cardio days do smaller body parts (ie NOT LEGS)

those two reccs alone, and/or coupled with fat burning choice(s), will make a vast difference in fat loss and muscle "tone".

btw- what is macro nutrient profile of diet?
