Day one of Thermorexin...
Just wanted to post my results after day one...
First off, my diet consists of 50%C, 40%P, 10%F. I was on 40/40/20, but decided to up the carbs after reading a lot of posts. Almost all of my carbs come from fruit and some vegetables, very little bread (if any, 100% whole wheat), some brown rice.
Took one pill at 5 am with a banana and 20 oz water...did HIIT cardio about 30-40 minutes later.
Not much appetite suppression at all. I was hungry by the time I usually eat breakfast (about an hour or so after w/o)
A little more heat during cardio, but not too much. No extra heat throughout the day either.
I seem to be more focused today and less tired, too.
I will keep posting my thoughts on this product as my days of use increase...
PS - What is a good amount of carbs/day to eat while on this??
