Ulter/Macro
First, sorry it took me so long to get this info back to you guys...I was out of town for the past four days and didn't have access to or the time to sit at a computer, so just getting to one now...
Ulter - Yes, I did try taking 2 caps 3 times a day for about two weeks and didn't see anything different, so that's why I upped it to 8 caps/day (2 caps, 4x/day). I am 22 years old - will be 23 in January.
Macro - Here is my info...
My current height is 5'5". I weigh 135 lbs as of last Friday (haven't weighed myself since b/c I was on vacation - may have gone up a few pounds from being away from home and not watching my diet at all.) Like I said before, I will be 23 in a couple months.
My w/o looks like this:
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays are my lifting days. I have been switching every other week doing two days lower body, one day upper body. Then, the next week is two days of upper body, one day lower body. For lower body, my w/o consists of squats, leg extensions, thigh presses (in and out), and calf raises. For upper body I do bench, rows, flys, sometimes front/side raises, and lat pull-downs. I do each one 3 sets of 8.
On Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays I do my cardio. I have been playing around with HIIT on my exercise bike, sometimes I just go for a fast-paced walk, some mornings I run. I usually do around 20-30 minutes of cardio - depending on whether or not I am doing HIIT.
Most of the fat areas that I have are my lower back, hips, and inner thighs. My abs aren't too bad, but they could lose some, too. I really don't think that my metabolism is the issue here. I've never really had a weight problem or been overweight. I just really want to get back down to like 125 lbs. That is what I weighed about 6-7 months ago when I was taking the original NYC. Also, I don't think that I am getting in more calories than what I told you above. I track everything that I eat EVERY day on fitday.com, and I am really anal about getting everything in there that I eat/drink. I have been more strict with my diet now than I was while on NYC. The only difference would be that I probably have drank more often than when I was on NYC. I know that alcohol will do that to ya, but I pretty much would only drink once a week (on my cheat day).
Any feedback/advice on what fat burners may be more effective, or anything I should change in my diet and/or workout is much appreciated. I am planning on starting some sort of new plan on Monday, so it would help to hear what you have to say so that I can be prepared to start fresh...
