Thermorexin feedback: post here

I started taking T-rex 2 days ago. I'm also taking R-ALA I took one the first day, it was kinda late to take it, and whadayaknow I had trouble sleeping that night. The next day I took 1 in the AM another around 1pm and last one at 4pm. Slept like a baby. I haven't really noticed any appetite suppressing effects, matter of fact come late evening ( my last meal is around 8-9), I am really starving. I do feel the heat, though I don't necessarily sweat much unless I'm doing some kind of activity.

I will keep you posted as to my results.

One question though, I usually do weights 4-5 times /week. Right after, I do 30 mns cardio. will T-Rex work as effectively this way? I noticed some of you take it right before AM cardio.

When do you workout?

I see no reason why you can't take them 3x a day, the first dose in the AM. If you do AM workouts (empty stomach, although weights really shouldn't be done on an empty stomach) then take a dose before that along with a SMALL carb to help possible nausea.

IMHO, actual timing isn't as important.....dose it to how it fits your schedule.

And, FWIW, I didn't notice any real appetite suppressant effect until I was taking 5-6 a day. Also, I never got any heat flashes or sweating. Even without "symptoms" you'll know it is working if you are going to the bathroom more (both #1 and #2 :) ) #1 is flushing the extra water out of your body, and #2 is a sign of increased metabolism. Make sure you are drinking A LOT of water...more than normal.

thanks for quick reply Daisy Girl
actually I have been going to the bathroom more for both #'s. I've upped the amounts to four today. Will hit the gym at 2pm.

My stomach hasn't been this flat or my waist this small for a very long time. :)
I will definitely have to invest in some of this-
I just wonder if it would be more cost-effective than
the Rx Tenuate (diethylpropion) that I get from my M.D.??
Hmmm........

Here's my late night contribution - day two. Due to crappy sleeping I was late taking dose 1, didn't make AM cardio but too the 1 dose around 8:30 am. Off to work, even had a cup of 1/2 regular + 1/2 decaf. No jitters, still amazingly not tired. Focus was decent, appetite was ok, not hot at all.

Today I wanted to see if the l-tyrosine from yesterday made a difference. It didn't. I will comment that the l-tyrosine made a difference when taking NYC. Definitely helps w/ the jitters. I'm thinnking tomorrow is time to double the thermorexin dose....

I'm on a clen/T3 cycle now. I build a tolerence quickly so I have upped the Clen dramaticly. (My husband is on it too and he is taking maybe 1/2 of what I take.) The downside is the shakes-pretty bad and VERY noticable-especially at work. What is I-tyronsine and will it help with this also?

I prefer 2 caps myself. 3 caps makes me too jumpy.

I just started a cut and I'm using Trex, levorex, and YES. I'll keep you posted on how it's going. Oh, and Glucorell R too. I'm an Af Store junkie.

Just to post my experience:

I can handle up to 3 T-Rex taken in at one shot without a problem. I have done this while training for a 10k race although once my body got used to it, the boost wasn't as much. Or I'm much a crappy runner when it comes to going over 5 or 6 miles....

Right now, I feel one T-Rex on an empty stomach does wonders to get my AM cardio in as well as keeping my appetite down all day. If I don't take T-Rex on a specific day, I am much hungrier.

It's very good stuff. I feel more energy, but never jittery.

i just ordered thermorexin thru AF, it should be here a few days i hope. but i had a question. people talk about taking one on an empty stomach before am cardio, but then other people say always take food with it. :T which is better to start out with, not knowing it's effect on your body?

^^ thanks for the reply, but wouldn't before am cardio (empty stomach) be more effectivE???

not particularly. actually am cardio with a small piece of fruit is better (reglycogenated liver= better fatty acid utilization)

Place an order for T-rex & levorex today. Will provide updates as soon as possible.

I took one leverox last night around 9:15pm. An hour later, I felt my heart speed up. However I went to bed at 11:00 and "slept like a baby". Leverox will definitely be my evening/night pill.

I took T-rex this morning w/ my oatmeal. I feel a little jittery, heart is racing, however I don't feel the rise in temp. Will stick with the following supp regimen: 2 CBs, YES, 1 T-Rex, and 1 Leverox until my body gets use to everything.

That's a good way to do it. Slowly. If you decide you want to feel the body heat just add some simple carbs in order for your body to get the fuel it needs to heat you up. Post how the supps affect your training when you have results to report.

Thanks
:wavey: :rose:Ulter:rose:,

I know everyone handles supps differently (me being the perfect example :verygood: ) but for reference, and for any others wondering the same thing, why do you recommend Levorex to not be taken before bed? (Generally speaking...)

I'm not suppose to take it before bed? Bunny, you are so wise. I know it's the 2nd half of T-rex. When should I take it?

:wavey: Hey Girl,

My recommendation is to do what works for you (i.e. before bed, sleep well, uninterrupted sleep, no rapid heart beat, no night sweats)

If for some reason you get any of the above (which I did) and you can handle the dosage...

Levorex should be taken 2-4 caps 3 times a day (1st dose upon rising, next 2
doses BETWEEN meals, not before bed)

Generally, the 'optimal' dosage from our dreamy little Yoda :rose:...

(For the record, I am not saying that the LEV caused all of this difficulty, I am sure other factors played in to it as well, but you and I both know it's hard to pinpoint one factor as the direct cause ... )

Bunny (I nominate her for the next open Mod position) or Ulter,

I'm having trouble eating. I don't want to eat. And when I do, it is very little. Is this normal?

Well THANK YOU Girl :) I'm so flattered :qt:

How are you feeling? Maybe 'coming down' with something?

Do you think your body is still trying to recover from "the last supper" type of meal you had the other night? Yesterday, I think you posted you "ate and drank alot" so it could be your body trying to get back to normal...and punishing you a bit in the process :(

After a meal like that, it usually take me at least 3 days to get back to normal...

Unless You think it has to do with the T-Rex... which means the appetite suppressant is doing it's job :D

Feel better sweetie :rose:

No, I'm not coming down with anything. I'm fine. I just don't want to eat.

Just started taking T-rex again and WOW!!!! The first time I was taking it I was not eating/training right so... my own fault. But for the last 3 weeks diet and training are great and I have dropped 4% bf! I am sure the YES had a big part also. I love this stuff! Thanks AF

I've noticed that when the T-Rex wears off and my body temperature drops, my feet and hands feel like blocks of ice. Has anyone else experienced this?

I also know that I cannot take more than 2 a day. More than 2 a day, I am beyond jittery and I cannot form a sentence.

I have only tried T-rex twice, and I had the same experience. Not only with T-rex, but ECA & ANY thermos I tried. I find it’s at the end of the day, when I’m not doing anything (i.e. typing), maybe we both have bad circulation?

BTW - so far I love the T-rex.....my appetite was under control for the day (from 1 cap in the morning)

I just looked up bad circulation + remedies. One was gingerroot (which is in T-rex) Maybe the T-rex improves circulation all day, and that’s why some people’s hands/feet get cold when T-rex wears off.

OMG!!! YES!!! My feet are like ice cycles at the end of the day. I had to wear a pair of socks and wrap them in blanket in order to go to sleep last night.

I love T-Rex (2/day is enough for me). I will look into the bad circulation.

try using yohimburn ES on your calves. it should definitely improve circulation

Thanks. I will add some tonight (it only happens at night)

I will say since I added the T-Rex and Leverox to my diet, my lower pouch has decreased significantly. I no longer have that line (i.e., fat) that use to divide my upper torso from the my hip bones and lower body. I guess, one would say, I am more streamlined (not quite as good as a well designed car - but getting there ;) ).

Oh, and a significant drop in body fat too. I love this stuff.

Fantastic News, and congrats on your progress! :rose:

Macro, thank you for the advice. Putting YES on my calves has helped. My feet no longer feel like ice at the end of the day.

I've been using for about 4 - 5 weeks now. How do I know when it has stopped working? I still get the hot flashes when I take it. I only take 2 T-rexs a day. Have I been on it too long? Should I lay off and then start again?

it really never stops working, it may work less over time (though desensitization to metabolic effects is minimal-- stim effects may decline)

thats not too long.. you can take off, or not... its really a matter of preference.

I'm new to this board, I joined so that I can talk with and interact with people so that I can learn everything I need to know about my exercising.

First...

I ordered t-rex and it should be here tomorrow now my question is this, i know I'm suppose to only take one the first day. I only work out after work though so am I only suppose to take it just before i work out? Like why am I taking it in the morning if I don't work out until the evening?

Also, I work out like 4 or 5 times a week so do I only take it on those days or I take it daily whether I am working out or not.

Anybody's help will be greatly appreciated because as I said I am new to all of this. I've been on line all night reading up on a lot of stuff and I've learned a whole lot from this forum. I will be posting in here and all over my updates and progress.

Thanks in advance...

Got my t-rex yesterday. Took my first one this morning. Only comment thus far is that I burped and it stung my nose (and tasted really nasty)! :mix: Gross! Just thought everyone would like to know that!

3rd day. Seems to be suppressing my appetite and keeping my moods on an even keel (which is great, for my husband's sanity and my marriage's sake). These things probably go hand in hand. Not feeling too jittery or anything, little extra energy. Liking it so far. Will report back at the end of the week.

Just got my T-rex two days ago. Being a rotating shift-worker, my schedule is a bit screwed up this week. I have noticed a boost in energy.

It's been almost impossible to get my 3-hour nap in before going to work at midnight. But while I'm having a hard time sleeping on it, I don't seem to be tired at all. I have very little appetite - but that's common for me on mids. Will report back next week when I get closer to a normal schedule. So far - I think I like it! :)

Haven't had any wierd "jitteriness" with this, thank goodness. Seems to be supressing my appetite - there are days when I simply forget to eat when I should. Fortunately, I'm not getting any wierd hot flashes, but I do sweat more when I work out. Currently taking 2 pills in the morning and 2 in the early afternoon. Any less didn't do too much for me. I'm very satisfied with it so far. :)

I've been using the Trex & Levorex for almost a week now...

4 Lev upon waking + 1 L-Carnitine + 2 Cardio Breeze

1 Trex with each of my 2 next meals & 4 Levorex in between said 2 meals....

Thoughts: At first I was getting mild headaches. Not enough to need meds (OTC or otherwise) for the headaches, but now they are going away. They do "rev" me up and I guess the only drawback (for hubby at least) is I'm talking a lot.... ;)

So far, so good!!

Havent posted before..just get a lot of info from you guys and love finding new stuff. Maybe someone can help me with this:

I think my thermo and levorex have gone bad. I bought them during the summer and stored them in a cool place in my room were all of my vitamins and everything and started using them reently but they seem to have changed from what they looked like when I originally bought them.

The Thermorexin has dark brownish specs through it and the levorex has congealed. The powered inside the capsule does not move around at all. I cant tell if anything has happened to my glucorell because the capsules are white. Has this ever happened to anyone...should I throw them away. I really dont want to since I spent so much on them and have just started taking them at the end of August but I dont want to be using something that has gone bad or anything like that....

Any suggestions or thoughts?? Thanks

I live in Massachusetts. If the spots are common then maybe it is just the levorex that has gotten to hot. If you shake them or take one of the capsules apart the insides are a solid consistency. Maybe I will just order some new ones of those, if you think that the thermorexin is okay..I will keep using it.

Thanks for the quick answers.

I think I will buy some more just in case and throw these ones away. These ones really look like they sort of melted, maybe my room is hotter then I thoguht in the summer.

Thanks

heat is unkind to many supplements... unfortunately many companies will store thier stock in warehouses that are well over 120 degrees at times. Have even seen supps stored outside of some distribution houses in direct summer sunlight..

all care is taken by both AF Store, avopharm, et al to make sure that the product is kept reasonabley cool (usually below 70deg and no higher than 80 degrees) from manufacture to delivery. In fact during the summer most shipments between manufacturers and AF are sent 2nd day or overnight. If you are in a hot place, where the ambient temp is over 90deg in your dwelling, you may want to consider storing most supps in the fridge. Ideally most supps should be stored below 80 degrees (that is what "cool dry place" you see on most labels references.

I've been taking T-Rex for the last two weeks. I've noticed a significant reduction in my appetite, which is just what I needed. I usually take 2 pills twice a day but have been trying to cut back to just 2 in the morning. However, I notice my appetite comes back in a hurry during the mid-afternoon so may have to go back and add in the extra 2.

One question and I noticed on the label not to take T-Rex if you suffer from anxiety or depression. I had pretty bad anxiety the last month or so with personal issues. I took T-Rex during this time and it felt like my heart was racing, I got the shakes and felt jittery a lot of the time and just an overall tightness in my chest. Are these common side effects with T-Rex when you are suffering from anxiety, or could it have been the anxiety itself? I should note, things have calmed down significantly the past two weeks and I'm not experiencing any of the previous sides now.

Can't believe how much of an appetite suppressant this has been. Sometimes I have to force myself to eat, if I remember.

I've been on T-Rex now for about 6 weeks. If I begin to notice the effects lessening, should I cycle off of it for awhile? I'm at 2 pills twice a day right now and don't want to have to up it to see the effects?

It's definitely given me a boost in being forceful, both at the gym and in other areas. I just told off the guy who called from the cell phone company - never would have done that before!! Too bad the call was being recorded... :worried:

First day.
Ive just come off ECA and normally get a major appetite boom. Like I need to eat a whole cow.
I started my kit first thing and so far it has kept it releatively in check. I took one thermorexin just before breakfast, felt fine. Took another one mid morinng on an empty stomach and a little while later felt really sickly, this went away once I ate something.

Been getting heat sensations every now and then. Its nice, dont know if this is the trex or Levorex.

Everything you're feeling is probably the t-rex. As you've discovered, I don't recommend taking it on an empty stomach.

All Natural Peanut Butter :)
My favourite

This afternoon, as usual I got a bit hungry an hour after lunch but not to the extent that I normally do so I had and orange and a couple of teaspoons of Peanut butter to keep me going. (I usually have a piece of fruit with 4pm shake so I bring it forward if I get hungry).

Got home from work and didn't feel like eating much at all, i tend to be chomping at the bit after 2hrs normally, but not today.

I stuggled to finish off my salmon and greens tonight and feel very satisfied.

All in all a good first day. Im impressed. Have to see how long it takes for my body to get used to this.

forgot to mention that I cycle home from work (10 mins) and I was dripping with sweat when I got home. I didn't feel the cold either, and it was raining cats and dogs out there.

I started taking Thermorexin on Tuesday... I've only been taking one a day, with lunch (meal 3). I've been taking Cardio Breeze in the morning, so I didn't want to do too much at once and feel like a crazy woman at work. hehe. Anyways, the only thing I've noticed from the Thermorexin is slightly sweaty palms. It hasn't been suppressing my appetite much, if any. Is this strange? I'm thinking about bumping it up to two during lunch tomorrow.

Okay, I take back what I said about Thermorexin in my last post. :FRlol: I took two total yesterday, on with breakfast and one with lunch, and I wasn't hungry all day!

I took 6 in all yesterday.

Wow - I've always been leary about taking that many.

How did you feel the rest of the day? I'm always worried I'll be jittery. I notice that happens if I take too many CB.

I can usually only handle 2 Trex - 2 usually helps with the appetite suppression -- but I can't take them too late either......

I felt fine. Didn't notice anything except the appetite suppression was good. I think it kicked in more today. I actually tidied up some of my office today and felt on the ball this aftenoon.

Hey Macro, any evidence that T-Rex could result in a high blood pressure reading? I had my bp checked yesterday and it was 150/100, the highest it's ever been. I usually run about 130/80...

I'm currently taking Glucorell-R (as needed), ~4 T-Rex per day and ~6 Levorex per day. Any thoughts as to what could be contributing to that? I've never had high bp before. Thanks in advance for the help!

the caffiene and other stimulants in thermorexin will temporarily raise BP. Though so can stress, a large meal, how the measure it taken, if the cuff size is correct, etc.. etc..

Ok, thanks for the info Macro! Since it's only one instance I'm not exactly concerned, just curious. And it's a relief to hear that it may be only temporary or from other causes. I'd hate to have to give up T-Rex :)

Hey ladies im on my fiances account. Just had to let you know..
Currently taking 4 Trex a day and yohimburn. Its been about 2 weeks and i went from 23% bf to 19% bf Haven't really been able to go to the gym because i work alot serving at a resturant plus i change my diet to about 6-7 meals a day. instead of the 2 or 3 i was always eating.
