Allright Anthony, because of your mature response I will stop attacking you. Honestly, a good part of the reason I feel the way I do is that another really respected trainer on a few other boards is constantly bashing you and I guess I'm guilty for being led along. Maybe I should read some of your stuff before I form my own opinion. I apologize and it won't happen again. That's most of EliteFitness. Deal with it. We're not professional athletes, and what they do isn't applicable to us, for the most part. If we do what they do and aren't at their level, then we need to realize that the health trade-off isn't worth it.
