I posted it in my blog the other day:

http://www.anthony-roberts.com/blog/?p=151

It's basically us discussing...something or other...I don't know...check it out. It's most likely the first and last time all of us would ever get together to produce a single article.

Printing it out to read. Rick Collins is the man! "Legal Muscle" is work of a true scholar.

I have a copy...he is certainly the man.

I like Qustion 4:
4) What do you make of the relative lack of professional athletes testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs, particularly in NCAA football and the NFL? Do you think these specific sports are really that 'clean,' are the tests that easy to fool, or is the media purposefully avoiding this topic when it comes to football? How does the tension between the money that steroid-using athletes generate for their clubs (and the joy that the public gets from seeing these increasingly Herculean athletes in action) interact with the simultaneous, paradoxical condemnation that steroid use receives by the very same general public?

great answer by Rick:
"Rick Collins: Testing is hampered by limitations such as costs and technology. I'm sure many juiced athletes are never exposed. But the bigger paradox is that while use by cheating competitive athletes was the main reason behind the federal laws against non-medical AAS use, these guys – often millionaires – are never treated as criminals. You'd be hard pressed to name a single professional ballplayer who did time in connection with personal AAS use. They may get suspended from play for a number of games, but they don't get dragged away in handcuffs. Contrast that to your typical non-competitive AAS users – regular Joes using AAS to look better on the beach. These are the guys the feds are investigating. These are the guys getting busted. That really bugs me."

Thanks! That was a Truly an Informative article.

It's rare that so many people contribute to the same one, really...I think it was just nice to be thought of in the same league as those guys, since I'm so new to the industry.

Where can I find more info or articles by John Birardi. All the material from him that I have read thus far seems to be interesting stuff to read. Informative and well researched.

Everyone else had equally intelligent comments. However, how did kneller get himself into that circle of influeantial people like JB and RC. I mean, wasnt he just a guy who bought massive tubs of gear from china and then re-labled it in his kitchen. Then when I saw a pic of him during his trial, I almost laughed. He looks like hes never seen a gym, let alone be an expert on all things related to fitness.

We should get more of these roundtable discussions. Another roundtable comes to mind that was a few years old from Nichols, Palumbo and few others discussing Advanced AAS ussage. If anyone has archives to MD, they should dig it up.

We're all pretty much in the same circle, if not one person removed at most. It's a small industry...much smaller than you think. There's only maybe 100 big names in the supplement/AAS/ world all added up, and if you don't know someone directly, you know someone who knows them.

Good question!!! Look at his moronic response to Question #6, what an asshole! Don't do the crime if you cannot do the time??? It's like inviting Rudy Giuliani in his US Attorney glory days to the table, and he's posing as an aas expert!

Like him or not, Kneller is a big name in the AAS world and rich from the supplement world. He's not the first drug dealer to work in supplements, he won't be the last.

What supplement company did he run before he was a remailer? And, judging by the pics in recent media outlets, Kneller couldnt have been that rich if he was living in a 140k townhome in a mediocre neighborhood.

Nothing against the guy becuase I dont know him, but holy fuck. Do we really know who these so called "experts" really are?

He works for Gaspari. Look up "Kneller" in my posts, and you'll find his whole story....

I think you know me, at least (if you consider me an expert)....I am pretty open about my life...

I wonder if he still feels that way now.

I wouldn't make that generalization. That may have been a smart thing to do. Lots of millionaries live below their means and that is why they are so successful. Instead of spending money on lavish cars and homes, which will probably get you noticed by the IRS anyway in his situation, they invest it and spend wisely. That may or may not be the case who knows.

Very true.

Kneller has been around for a long, long time.
I am surprised that some people don't know who he is.
He is considered to be one of the "authorities" on AAS!

He's the man behind Halodrol 50 and was Red Star Labs, of China....also GAC, the Underground Lab.

Maybe people don't know who he was because he wrote for T-Nation (under an assumed name)?

But his response to Q#6 was ridiculous.

You wanna hear something terrible? I submitted my portion and my answers to the editor of the article, and when it originally came out, I didn't even read it...honestly, I don't give much of a fuck about what those people have to say about steroids. It's horrible but it's true...

I skimmed the article before I posted it here...I mostly posted it as a weird/cool, kinda "hey...all these dudes writing for the same article" kind of thing...

The article's too long, anyway....

That's true. I live in the sticks, basically, in a small town. I've known, and known of, several "wealthy" people who live in this area who live below their means. One works at the local library, another lives in a ramshackle little filthy house with his disabled mother, another (not a good example) blew all his money being lazy and smoking pot and living off of his savings. But, it's strange. You never know who has money and who doesn't by looking at them.
