She is obviously into you. I would say "go for it" except for the fact that not only is she your co-worker but she is your subordinate.
Aside from the sex part, never EVER get too chummy or fraternize with your subordinates. IMHO not a good idea. Eventually it WILL put you into an uncomfortable situation for you.

Ive been managing people for almost 15 years. In my experience, it certainly depends on the nature of your business and the specific atmosphere and dynamic in your work environment. I dont think there is a hard and fast rule in that regard. I myself have not had bad experiences with people who work for me based on a personal relationship i may have with them outside work.
I should add that I certainly dont do much if any socializing outside of work with anyone.
