Hello girls! I'm new to the boards and am loving it. What a great community!
Anyway, this is my question: I've been lifting to failure for almost a year. I see a difference in my muscles, but also ... my veins are so much more obvious.
No protruding veins, just lots of broken capillaries. I look like a highway map of the United States.
Is there anything that can be done to repair/avoid?
