Holy crap, that dude was crying his friggin' eyes out! And then at the post-fight interview, he says something about being remembered as a warrior? What kind of warrior cries like a little bitch? I'm glad he lost. BJ was telling him to take the guy to the ground, but did he listen?

Here's a video if you missed it. It isn't the actual fight, but its pretty much what went down on tonights episode:

Yeah, as soon as that guy started talking about having the samurai spirit and talking like a character in a bad kung-fu movie I had a feeling something like that was coming. Go team Penn.

Another thing he said post-fight comments was something like, although he could hear BJ telling him to take him to the ground, he got it in his mind that he wanted to KO the other guy instead.

Thats fine. BUT....

He was throwing those big overhand rights with all his might, obviously thats what he was trying to use in his attempt to KO the guy.

But a few of them landed flush. I counted at least 3 of those big overhand rights that found their target. But they did NOTHING!!! THey didn't even daze the other guy a even little bit. I'm sure they hurt, of course, like a punch would, but he obviously didn't have the punching power to KO the other guy to begin with.

When he said he got it into his mind that all he wanted to do was to KO the other guy, I was like

I know Andy personally and he's a really great guy. He's also a good fighter but he'll never be a great fighter until he learns to listen to his corner and he knows this.

His Jiu Jitsu is slick and he should have used it.

If you know him, tell him what a dumbass he is......seriously.....it's not that he lost, it's the way he lost. Did you see Dana after the fight? He was disgusted with the kid for basically ignoring one of the premier fighters in the world for 2 whole rounds. I understand that you have to stand with someone to get them open for your ground game.......but he never shot once, not once. And he got to a clinch twice, but never did and jiu jitsu....wtf??
