what about our dumbass legislators? they are the biggest frauds in the world. I think that most of them could use some HRT (the fatasses) but their livers probably couldn't take it from all the alcohol they drink.

I'm glad you posted that thread. it showed that even though 1fast is a smarmy liar, I was willing to offer the opportunity to stay out of each others way. He refused, and just lied some more. So as far as I'm concerned, the gloves are off.

BTW: I never heard from a bigger bunch of clueless losers than over at BB.com. (Not everyone, but it sure is prevelant) If you're serious about thinking this site is cool, stick around. It makes BB.com look like kindergarden.

People seem to forget it was actually Dan Duchaine who wrote the article that said "HMB feels like Deca".Yes it was a Bill Phillips quote but the product was backed by Dan in the article.

have you ever worked with swolecat? have you seen what his diets have done to people's physiques? or as a matter of fact have you seen swolecat's physique?

i have worked with him. and the man knows what he's doing. not only in the bodybuilding sense, but also in the business sense. why shouldn't he charge for what he does? how many dieticians and physical trainers are there that people pay all the time? and not to mention, how many of them even look good? majority of the operate off textbook knowledge anyway. swole knows what he's doing from experience, and i think that's clear when you take a look at him.

don't mean to rant but damn, let the man do his thing and quit hating. he's helped alot of people so let it be.

I find myself searching many forums with finding information from many diversified forum goers. I don't post much, but do believe a forum is only as good as it's search feature and those users intelligent enough to use it.

I have not even see his physique.

However, if I recall... he sells diet and diet advice... that is NOT the same as taking some kind of amino and giving it a steroid sounding name and marketing it as the most superior thing you can put in your mouth. I mean, he deals with food and timing right? Which incidentally, Chad and Milos does the same thing.... AND they charge people too. I don't hear anyone complaining about them.

how about billy phillips and his BULLSHIT contest. There is NO WAY even on gear that those people made those changes in 12 weeks. Absolutely scientifically impossible.

the guy is the biggest con man in bodybuilding EVER. Thats why he sold out and is sticking on 'writing'.
