You don't just develop "stretchy skin" - if you are obsese your skin is stretched out and it doesn't mean you will have stretch marks."
Take anyone's skin you want. If you stretch it enough, there will be stretch marks.

At least, I made you laugh, but I said the opposite of that. If you have abs and a very lean body, it will be very hard to avoid stretch marks once you gain enough weight.

I understand what you are saying. I just won't give credit to genetics to determine the elasticity of the skin. Again, no matter who's skin you stretch, after a good amount of resistence it will have stretch marks.
I don't know how much you weigh or anything, but add 100lbs within a year and I guarantee you will have them.
