Deadlifts only every 3-4 weeks. Trying to hit sticking points, especially in bench. Doing speed work for the first time ever. Being very conscious of not burning out CNS, while still lifting in the 1-3 range for the most part.
Slobber you are one very strong guy especially for being 20, you know that IPA nationals are August 8 in PA...which is right by you, have you thought of buying a bench shirt and some briefs and going down there? Some of the best in the world will be there and it would be a great learning experience
actually, IPA nats are in november, the IPA world cup is august 8-10. and yeah slobber maybe you should think about lifting in the IPA nationals in Novemember, it should be a well run meet to lift in.
Awesome work on rack presses. About the bench, maybe you will rotate it with some other lifts just like your deadlifts? For instance board presses 1 week, and then raw bench another?
