full C is my bet... she can pull that off all the while maintaing a natural look. She's not tall enough nor is her frame large enough to carry a full D and still look natural. But its all what she wants.

Yea that's because they get used to the look of them when they are swollen. Once the swelling goes down, even though they still may look big to everyone else, she'll think they aren't big enough. My wife went bigger after a year
