The Real Victim Of All This Flaming Bullshit!!!

I have been on this board for some time now. What I witnessed here in the beginning was a sincere desire for IRON BROTHERS to come together and share experiences, beliefs both good and bad.

I along with a select few on this board have over a decade of training experience, applied experience. This is VERY different than theoretical experience. For those I am alluding too, no flames or negative commentary should be bothersome personally. What should bother us the most is the negative implications this has on new, inexperienced lifters. This board should have NO place for flamers. We should incorporate a NO TOLERANCE policy. In a case where a member is causing more useless debate than good, that member should be removed.

I am an owner of a very hectic business. My time on this board, is time I take away from work, family in an effort to educate and be educated. I will not put up with shit like this. There are MANY boards out there guys. If all of you want this to survive and thrive, the " Riff Raff" need to be eliminated, you all know who you are.

For all of you " NEWBIES" I would like to apologize for the crap you have witnessed on this board as of late. This is not the way it is supposed to be. This board is in jeapordy. If I can help in any way, let me know.

This is just one of the cycles of this place. Idiots come and go and eventually enough people ignore them and they go away or they get banned. Unfortuneatly we have recently lost some great rescources. Having been around here for quite a while myself I just have learned to ignore the insurgence and get on with buisness as usual.
