No, the gains came in stages. First there was the prop only stage then added tren and gained, then switched from prop to cyp and deca and gained and now I'm stuck at a solid(238lbs. low water and bf).

My nuts have always been fine although, wait, I guess they did get rather small in the first 4-5 months of using the prop and especially when I added tren for 1.5 months. But now they are fine, my sex drive is really high, and when I bus a nut I always have plenty. This leads me to believe that you are not completely shut down all the time and now that I think about it, Ross may be right. I have no intentions of coming off though. I'm just dropping my dosage to 200mg every 6 days of the cyp for awhile and see how that goes as I feel like I'm wasting gear right now.

I've only been on the deca since the end of January of this year, but the test I have been doing for close to 11 months. I'm starting a cruise right now of 200mg of cyp every 6th day and I'll do that for awhile unless my weight starts really dropping and everything just starts going to shit. I feel right now that I am just wasting gear so whats the point. All things combined I'm doing 2.5 grams a week and not moving in weight or strength.

You are doing the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I suggest.

I ONLY use Testosterone for 8-10 week periods, MAX!

I always take at least 6-10 weeks OFF of Testosterone before once again getting back on.

Furthermore, I NEVER use Deca or Trenbolone. EVER!

Here is an outline of a typical steroid therapy:

Weeks 1-6: Dianabol, 30mgs ED (Jumpstart)
Weeks 1-10: Sustanon, 500mgs (Base)
Weeks 8-12: Winstrol, 75mgs ED( Finisher)
Weeks 12-18: Primobolan, 300mgs (Pre-PCT/Active Recovery)
Weeks 12-18: Proviron, 50mgs ED (Pre-PCT/Active Recovery)
Weeks 18-26: *PCT* or *Bridge* or Begin New Cycle

So will 20mgs of Anavar, 30mgs of Turinabol, 200mgs of Masteron, 200mgs of Primo, 25mgs of Winstrol, and 200mgs of EQ.

If you exceed my suggested dosages, you will NOT recover. At higher dosages, most of these compounds WILL cause significant HPTA inhibition.

So in essence you are saying that these particular compounds at these particular dosages are equal in there supression?

Not necessarily.

I am saying that these particular compounds at these particular dosages will cause minimal HPTA interference.

Why don't you use deca or tren. Well, I know why you don't use tren, but what about the test. There is no way I'm going completely off test. That would be sheer suicide for me at this point, literally and figuratively. I'm sorry I will not follow that advice. With you expertise how would you implement test with a case like myself, since I don't plan on coming off of it? And why don't you take test for longer periods?

WHY WILL YOU NOT COME OFF OF TESTOSTERONE?

Why would it be "sheer suicide"?

Are you scared of losing muscle, strength, and libido?

I am 225lbs, 7% bodyfat, 5"10. I have NEVER exceeded 750mgs of testosterone in a week. My TYPICAL dosage for BULKING is about 500mgs, and when I am cutting I only use 200-400mgs MAX. I have NEVER exceeded 10 weeks on testosterone--EVER.

I have NEVER experienced a significant loss of muscle and strength, since I first began using steroids. I am ALWAYS PROGRESSING, even if it is very SLOWLY. I NEVER take one step BACKWARD--EVER!

I have also NEVER experienced a significant DROP in libido--EVER. Proviron is your BEST FRIEND. Add some Primobolan and you have ONE EFFECTIVE bridge.

Please explain your situation.
 
Well, one, I am afraid of the depression that I will have if I come off of test. I don't want to ruin the quality of my life because someone told me to quit taking the drugs that make me feel good. I think test is much better than antidepressants.

And as far as taking less when cutting that is the opposite of what some other pretty knowledgeable people have done. The idea is that the abundance of food doesn't require you to go high with your dosages but when cutting to avoid losing mass then you must go high to keep your environment more anabolic.

Now in your book you give people two options....the bridge or the cruise method. I want the cruise method, so what are your thoughts if I want to do this?

You will NOT get depressed if you run a Dianaviron(Dianabol/Proviron) bridge.

Dianabol is far more Dopaminergic than testosterone. Proviron also induces a PROFOUND feeling of well-being. TESTOSTERONE is not actually what makes you feel good, it is the ANDROGENIC component of testosterone, which is derived from DHT. Proviron is DHT with a methyl-1 group added.

I COMPLETELY understand your conern, this is the EXACT reason I never wanted to come off of test...it makes you feel GRRRREEEAAT! Like fuckin TONY THE TIGER!

BUT--so does Dianabol and Proviron. Give it a shot. Do you EVER wanna have CHILDREN?

If you do NOT care about ever restoring your HPTA, then Cruising is indeed for you. Although, in most cases I am avidly AGAINST cruising if the user is still in is 20's or early 30's.

Having said that, it IS a very effective means to sustaining and producing muscle mass, and I COMPLETELY support your decision to do so, if you have REALLY CONSIDERED all of the consequences.
