Those who are already developed will only need 2-3 months to pinnacle, and those who are just starting, or those who are very Endormorphic or Ectomorphic should not need more then 6 months to reach a Level beyond.

Hello :)

We think we will offer something like the Mini E-book which will be available to ALL, there is no reason to not have it done by the first of the year.

HOWEVER those who want DIRECT supervision get something DESIGNED based on their unique physiology, goals, and needs which will always be more advanced then a generic template.
 
I am very excited about this. I can't wait for this project to start. Once again, Omega, you are the man!!!

Me too :) :) I am hoping to gain muscle mass I never saw before on my own body, without taking steriods which I am sorry but will never go that route, but am open to natural supplements like whey, muscle milk and some other stuff, I hope to get bulked and ripped A.S.A.P.

i can tell you 100% that that's not true.

I increased my bench over the years by being coached by people in other states. I have/had a gym partner, who pushed and spotted me, but he was not my coach.

recently i minimally coached someone here to increase their bench. it went up... i forget exactly... but around 20lbs in 6 weeks. That's a huge improvement, and I've never seen the guy.

knowledge doesn't have to be in person.
 
i have no idea what omega's training is like or how it correlates to Mike Mentzer. but i do know that layinback is 100% right about what he said about Mike Mentzer's training. after many alterations in my training over the last couple of years i finally got to a workout plan simular to Mentzer's in that i probably do as many sets and reps in one month that most people do in 1 week or that i did in 1 week. my best bench ever was 405 for 1. after about 3 months of my newest training plan i benched 405 for 3. almost all of my lifts have seen simular progress and i havent had so much as a twinge of an injury. people who need to be pushed will eventually find reasons not to show. the reason people make faster gains getting help is because the trainer who has been there done that will help you avoid all the mistakes he has alrerady made. people do need to make there own mistakes sometimes to see the real value of a trainer. ive been reading Mentzers phylosophies for years and finally stopped spending so much time in the gym with the endless sets and have made incredible gains. truth be told is the only reason i backed off is i started my own business and just didnt have the time. God gave us 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason, sit back and listen up, you may just learn something and wouldn't that be a shame. just my 2 cc's............

I hope you're not expecting steroid like gains. Ive seen a lot of people come on these boards all psyched about lifting and when they don't look like Cutler in 2 months they quit. But I'm sure Omega will get you lookin beefed out soon enough.

I am still up for it, just need to get over this bad bug I somehow picked up over the weekend = Walking pneumonia :( :(

Went to hospital and Doctor said to take it easy and stay in bed for the next two days, and then for the next two weeks don't do anything too crazy, go to bed early, don't drink alcohol, no overtime at work, but he did say in a few days I could start exercising again
