I'm saying that his training methods probably do work, but people could design their own program to meet their personal goals with a little research. The biggest part of personal training is being there with the person, which of course is impossible over the internet.

also Omega is a unique individual who has been around the block and obviously knows exactly what he is doing, I'm sure the results of the people who take his advice and training will be superior in the muscle development and speed of transformation.
Omega knows wtf he is doing, that is for sure.

your logic is flawed. the best way to get results is to "model" results. this philosophy makes my W2'S much bigger than the average guy's. i apply this to almost all areas of my life. the japanese understand this and have perfected it and have put a huge dent in the electronic and auto market. intelligent people do not research or try to reinvent the wheel when someone has already done it for you! i do not know you but i would venture to say that you do not own a business or make a lot of money. no offense but you have a poverty consciousness. you would do well to learn from people who have already done the work research etc...soap_dodger said:

A large portion of the people you take on for this will not progress as they should because nobody will physically be there to push them. The before and after pics will prove this.
