Proviron may be good as a libido booster and mld anti e during PCT, but with the drugs and supps available today, it's becoming more and more outdated in its usefulness.
 
I will say that my gains I have almost totally kept. Diet and training have been the key. I have never been one for the mega cycles either. Less and longer.

With that being said, would you mind letting us know what a typical cycle/duration/off time is for you, plz? You've got a lot of mass and strenth for sure so I'd love to know how you've cycled in the past in order to possibly model my own cycles after yours to some degree. When you were concetrating on powerlifting were your cycles different?

That's the way to go for the most keepable gains.
 
I read your stuff and some other guys. ;) Kept it simple and safe. Also have found BCAA's to be awesome the last several years but now supplementing even more.

Dudes got a big frame for sure. But I know a lot of big guys that don't carry that much muscle. That takes work.
 
Thanks guys. Yes before I ever touched a compound I squat over 830, benched over 400 and pulled over 700...weighing under 240. Good coaches, read alot, tried to learn as much about recovery as I could and diet diet diet.
