The longest you took off from working out?

Recently......I worked out 3 times from June of last year until a week or so ago.

Gained some fat, lost some lean mass, but my diet was fair, so I held my overal scale weight within 6 pounds.

o yeah, o yeah, i walked on the moon and i didn't need a spaceship to get there. i flew there myself by flapping my arms really fast.
 
im going to have a baby soon. so prob not that much
 
2 years, travelling. Came back in the best shape I've ever been in physically and mentally.
 
The sleep deprivation will fuck you up...Good luck though

My son is going to be born in 2 1/2 months I was wondering how much sleep deprivation will fuck training up.

Longest time spent off so far has been about a month.

Well if you are a light sleeper, your training will definitely suffer to some degree. Hopefully you will have a good sleeping baby.

so far he stays up all night kicking my wife and sleeps most of the day. maybe sleep patterns will change once born?
 
Since I started training which has been 4 years, I have taken one week breaks, every three months. Lets the mind and body regroup and rest. This is probably the best formula for keeping a consistant workout regimen.
