What's the longest you took off from working out since you started working out seriously?

4 months now injury though, not by choice.

What's the longest you took off from working out since you started working out seriously?

Recently......I worked out 3 times from June of last year until a week or so ago.

Gained some fat, lost some lean mass, but my diet was fair, so I held my overal scale weight within 6 pounds.

1 year 4 months, had to let my vertebrae fuse back together.

16ish months between and around 2 wrist surgeries.
