its common everywhere but i was reading this new strain is not very common.. ima not talking about a regualr staph infection im talking about this MRSA strain of staph which drugs hardley take effect. its been around but it has never spread like this before its everywhere. like angel said you get you better cath it early cause if it hits blood stream its over for you

Yes it has been very common.However not in an average person or school aged child. And def not in school systems...I like Pick's post about now it is a race between mrsa and drug companies due to people spreading it..Obviously something has gotten a little out of control if we were able to control it at one point and now no longer are..Sad thing is that innocent people are dying due to not only the disease but also dr's misdiagnosing and not catchin it in time.Look at that 4 year old that died recently..Are you going to tell me that the dr could not have caught it in time? Not many 4 year olds have uncontrolable fevers, body rashes, hard time breathing etc...Too many people are caught up on Viral instead of bacterial and now that has leaded to physicians not being knowledgable enough to catch it in time....

Absolutely..Medical Asepsis is the best way to go...Wash, use antibacterial foams gels alcohol based everything....dont touch a damn thing, and sterilize everything..hell when you have company visit dump gallons of alcohol on em to ensure that they are clean.

I rarely use disinfectants and was told by my mother and others that I was living in a germ factory, yet I rarely ever get ill and don't stay that way for long. It's a scam and evidently a harmful one.

incorrect, Do not use antibacterial nothing. That is why bacteria are so strong b/c there is an overuse of antibacterial everything.
Soap and water kills all germs. Using antibacterial soaps also kill the good bacteria that are needed to kill the bad.
