I haven't been on this planet long and don't know much about war, but the delayed response and trying to clear everything with countries in advance is horrible.

We should have busted in their, hunted Bin Ladens ass long ago and taken him the fuck out. He may be hard to find, but once found a single shot to the head is enough. I find it hard to believe that the Taliban had no idea where he was on 9-11, but now knows where hes hiding.

I agree it isn't looking to bright right now, but I still have faith it will get better. If and when we go to war, then I will fight. I have no fear of dying. If America has indeed begun her decline, the least we can do is try to prevent it.

The Roman empire thrived for nearly 2000 years-Sadly, America will probably not make it that long.

When any act of terrorism/insubordination occured during the Roman times, the Roman military would determine the location of the uprising-town/state/province- and summarily destroy every living being in the vicinity, as a warning to others who might harbor similar thoughts.Barbaric maybe-but it kept their way of life going for 20 centuries.

We do not have the stomach for such retaliation anymore-hopefully, the modern American "pinpoint and destroy" philosophy is successful, because if not, you'll be seeing a lot more than fallen towers.
