half life is about 6-8 hours so depending when you workout take it so the half life length is when you lift
example, i lift around 6 PM
so I will take 10mg morning, 20mg at lunch
or 20mg morning, 20mg lunch for those who want to do 40mg ED

What are your thoughts on spreading it out to 10mg every 8 hours as opposed to 10mg in the AM and 20mg before the workout? Assuming 30mg is the dosage.
