The Choices

Working out has always been one of my favorite hobbies, but about 2-3 months ago my shoulder messed up due to a football game, no tear but my shoulders still doesn't feel 100%, it still feels sore and weak, my back also, even with low weight and a lot of reps therapy to get it back in shape. So I'm looking into starting a couple cycles, money isn't really a problem but I'm not rich. I want the best investment for my buck don't we all. I'm only 5'5 135 solid build and would like to get to 160 with the least amount of water retention (even though im aware of it happening). I'm determined to get in great shape, but with a messed up shoulder I think i need a jump start so i'm here to learn. Please and thanks for the help guys in advance.

a cycle is not the answer...there is no magic pill and with a messed up shoulder you can't perform 100% so don't waste your time.take joint repair and gellatin and start back training easy until you feel the shoulder is 100%

in your situation Steroids would do more damage than good.

fix the shoulder before you start a cycle.. thats a no brainer.

then get in the gym for a few months min to get back into the swing of things..

also I am an inch taller than you so i understand us shorter guys will weigh less than the 6 footers, that is common sense. but that doesn't mean you have to accept being 130 natural. I was that weight when i was doing triathlons and half marathons. although i had lean muscle i didn't weigh very much and had little body fat. after switching to bodybuilding i gradually changed my workouts and diet. pretty soon i was in the mid 160's with 9% body fat. not bulky or massive, but had a lot of quality muscle and was benching 250+ which is pretty damn good for a guy my size.. only then did i consider steroids to push myself to another plateau.

they key was i started carb loading with my meals. lots of brown rice, organic waffles/pancakes, pasta's, ezekial breads, upped my protein and cals as well. and i slowed way down on cardio and focused on lifting.

now I am in the 180's and pretty massive for a guy my height. i fluctuate between 178-186 depending on if i am bulking or cutting.

if you juice now you will not get the benefits you are looking for and will be right back to the drawing board after cycle.

thanks guy i appreciate the comments, I've stopped most my cardio and increased my diet, pasta chicken basically any type of food i can get my hands on except fast food or unhealthy stuff. Also any suggestions for some great protein, or should i go with a mass gainer? Whats the best way to cycles both of those, or should i just get both?

I would consider some peptides if you have used AAS/PH's before. The tides will help you recover much faster and will allow you to hold on to the muscle you have NOW without working out much, if any. Than you be in great shape once your able to lift w/ your shoulder. Joint support - i use cissus and tons of fish oils

Any other exp'd guys think pep's would be a decent idea for our OP ?

for protein stick to meat, too much protein powder isnt a good thing IMO

okay I'm starting to see that i wrote my first post inaccurate, my shoulder is not 100% but its like at 80% it just feels sore now and I've worked it out and everythings just fine. Every time i work out my shoulders it feels better. I'm sorry for the misinterpretations. Now, should i just go all natural for the time being or look for some help? My friend said they suggested deca for me with a mixture of anatin? but I'm not sure about the spelling of the 2nd one. Now

and no i've never taken any AAS/PH's, I'm new at all this guys.

Personally I wouldn't do anything. I would rest it for a couple of weeks. Then I'd start some rehab for it. Also, ice and ibuprofen will help.

I separated my shoulder once and I rehabbed until swelling went down, then I took 2 months off. Then I rehabbed again, and shortly later I was 100% and haven't had a problem since.
