I dont know why i didnt catch it sooner but my quads are smooth and not seperated at the top.which is where i give 80% of my shots.i still cant believe i didnt catch.question how long will it take for the oil in there to be absorbed.please say within 2 weeks.

no just in the regular outer upper quad.im so lean you can see the knots.their just full of oil.

a heating pad can help the oil disperse faster--no proof but it work for me when a get a knot

There are 3 heads to the quads - vastus lateralis -the outside head where most inj, the rectus femoris - the teardrop, & the vastus medalis -inside head. Believe it or not, all three heads take a good 3 ml shot. The key to quad injections, is to look at your legs while standing & flexed to determine where on YOUR legs is the centre & thickest place to inject on each muscle. I guess if you are 20%bf, this might be hard to do, however mistakes are made when you do not know where on your body the muscle is at its fullest.

thanks bro.its been 5 days and the seperation is already better.alot better.im getting a massage tomorrow and going to have HER concentrate on that part and my glutes.
